He will make a visual inspection :-

> check hydraulic oil level
> short test drive of the forklift
We will provide an assessment report and if a service or repair is recommended, our engineer can either quote you on the spot and carry out the service or repair immediately, or if special parts are required, we will send a quote and arrange a suitable appointment for the service or repairs to be carried out
